Google API User Data Policy & User-Directed Operations

LK BotVerse strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. All cloud storage operations (uploading, renaming, deleting, moving, metadata editing) are executed exclusively upon explicit user commands. LK BotVerse never performs automated background file processing without direct user instruction, does not permanently store user files, and never uses user data to train AI models.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and LK BotVerse (“we”, “us”, or “our”), accessible at https://lkbotverse.store.

By interacting with any LK BotVerse Telegram bot, submitting commands, authorizing cloud services (such as Google Drive), or utilizing our web player streaming links, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not initiate bot commands or connect your cloud accounts.

Description of Services & Cloud File Management

Scope of Service

LK BotVerse provides users with high-performance Telegram automation tools, cloud storage bridges, and developer utilities. Our suite of services includes:

cloud_upload Cloud File Operations

Executing user-directed operations including file uploading, file renaming, file deleting, moving files across folders, and editing metadata within connected accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, Mega, etc.).

smart_display Media Streaming & Playback

Generating direct high-speed web player streaming links for Telegram videos and audio files (Lumify Stream) without altering source files.

auto_fix_high Developer & Media Utilities

Subtitle editing, metadata sanitization, image background removal, file format transcoders, and direct download link generation.

memory Zero Permanent Storage

All file transfers stream in ephemeral RAM buffers or direct socket relays. We never permanently store or host your files on our servers.

All operations are initiated exclusively in response to user commands sent via Telegram. LK BotVerse is not an independent storage provider and operates solely as a transmission and automation bridge.

Third-Party Integrations & Google Drive API Terms

API Integration

When connecting your Google Drive or other third-party cloud accounts to LK BotVerse automation bots:

check_circle Explicit User Authority: You authorize LK BotVerse bots to execute cloud file operations (uploading, renaming, deleting, moving, metadata editing) solely on your explicit request via chat commands.
check_circle Compliance with Third-Party Terms: Your usage of connected storage remains subject to the third-party providers' terms, including Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
check_circle Account Quota & Permissions: You are solely responsible for ensuring your cloud account maintains adequate storage quota and correct folder access permissions.
check_circle Revocation at Any Time: You maintain unconditional authority to terminate bot access immediately by issuing the /revoke command inside Telegram or by removing permissions in your Google Account Security Settings.

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules & Prohibitions

You agree to use LK BotVerse strictly for lawful, authorized purposes in accordance with international law. You expressly agree NOT to:

block Copyright Infringement: Upload, mirror, stream, or distribute copyrighted materials, commercial movies, music, or proprietary software without valid licensing or owner authorization.

block Malware & Cyber Threats: Transfer or distribute malware, ransomware, trojans, viruses, phishing payloads, or malicious automation scripts.

block Illegal or Harmful Content: Distribute defamatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, or abusive material, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which results in immediate ban and law enforcement escalation.

block System Abuse & DoS: Attempt to flood bot endpoints, bypass rate-limits, execute Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or disrupt operational infrastructure.

block Unauthorized Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, or scrape proprietary components of the LK BotVerse platform.

User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership

You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all files, documents, media, and metadata processed through our bots. LK BotVerse asserts no intellectual property claims, licenses, or rights over your files.

code LK BotVerse Intellectual Property

All software code, bot logic, algorithmic optimizations, trademarks, logos, visual designs, and brand materials belonging to LK BotVerse are the exclusive intellectual property of Lakshan Bandara and LK BotVerse. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary software without prior written authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Warranty Disclaimer

LK BotVerse and its automation services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, LK BotVerse expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will meet all user requirements, be completely uninterrupted, timely, secure, or entirely error-free. Operational reliability is subject to upstream dependencies, including Telegram API uptime and third-party cloud infrastructure status.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither LK BotVerse nor its developers, contributors, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or storage costs resulting from:

User-directed deletion or modification commands executed upon explicit user request.
Exhaustion of cloud storage quotas or account suspension by third-party storage providers.
Network interruptions, packet drops, or temporary downtime originating from Telegram or cloud hosts.
Unauthorized access resulting from user sharing of credentials or session tokens.

Termination of Service

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access to any LK BotVerse bot for users who violate our Acceptable Use Policy, abuse infrastructure, or engage in illicit behavior.

You may terminate your agreement with LK BotVerse at any time simply by ceasing bot usage and revoking cloud credentials via the /revoke command.

Modifications to Terms

Revisions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in regulatory standards, Google API policy updates, or newly introduced bot capabilities.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Continued use of LK BotVerse bots after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
