1. Description of Services & Cloud File Management

LK BotVerse provides users with cloud management and media automation tools accessible through the Telegram messaging ecosystem. Our services include:

• Cloud File Management: Seamless operations including file uploading, file renaming, file deleting, moving files across folders, and editing metadata within connected accounts (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Mega, etc.).
• Media Streaming & Playback: Direct high-speed web player streaming links for Telegram videos and audio files (Lumify Stream).
• Utility Tools: Subtitle and caption editors, background removal, file format converters, and download link generators.

All file management operations are conducted directly between Telegram and your chosen cloud storage provider. We do not host your files permanently on our servers.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Google Drive API Terms

When using our bots to manage Google Drive or other third-party cloud services:

• You grant LK BotVerse permission to execute file operations (upload, rename, delete, move, edit) on your third-party cloud accounts solely pursuant to your direct instructions and commands.
• Your usage remains subject to the third-party providers' terms, including Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• You are responsible for having adequate storage capacity and permissions in the target cloud account.
• You may revoke bot access at any time via the /revoke command or via Google Account Security Settings.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LK BotVerse strictly for lawful, legitimate purposes. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Upload, store, rename, transmit, or distribute copyrighted materials, proprietary software, or media without proper license or authorization.
• Transfer malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious automated scripts.
• Distribute abusive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content, including child exploitation material.
• Attempt to compromise our infrastructure, flood bots with spam requests, or circumvent rate limits.

Breach of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension, permanent revocation of bot access, and potential reporting to competent authorities.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full, exclusive ownership of all files, documents, and content that you upload, rename, move, or manage through LK BotVerse. We claim no ownership rights over your personal files.

All trademarks, service marks, logo designs, bot code, graphics, and website materials are the intellectual property of Lakshan Bandara and LK BotVerse.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LK BotVerse services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that file operations will never encounter third-party API rate limiting or temporary outages beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LK BotVerse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Accidental file deletion resulting from user-initiated deletion commands.
• Third-party cloud storage quota exhaustion, service downtime, or policy changes.
• Network interruptions, data transmission delays, or Telegram API downtime.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with LK BotVerse at any time simply by ceasing bot usage and revoking cloud credentials via /revoke.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service following modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
